If you are worried right now

Some things shouldn’t wait for an appointment

Call us straight away if your pet shows any of the signs listed here. Phoning ahead lets the team prepare for your arrival, which matters more than the few minutes it takes.

Outside opening hours, call the clinic number and follow the recorded instructions for the nearest emergency hospital.

  • Difficulty breathing, choking or collapse
  • Repeated vomiting, or vomiting with a swollen abdomen
  • Straining to urinate — especially male cats
  • Suspected poisoning, or eating something harmful
  • Road traffic accident, a fall, or any major trauma
  • Seizures, or sudden disorientation
  • Bleeding that will not stop
  • Difficulty giving birth

Our approach

Medicine that gets explained, not just performed

The hardest part of a vet visit is rarely the examination — it is not knowing what is happening or what it will cost. We work the other way round: findings first, options second, a written estimate before anything is agreed.

  • Continuity of care. Wherever possible you see the same vet, so nothing gets lost between visits.
  • Cat-considerate by design. A separate waiting area and quiet handling for patients who find the clinic overwhelming.
  • Honest about options. Including the option to monitor, to refer, or to do nothing at all when that is genuinely best.
  • Follow-up as standard. We check in after procedures and significant illnesses, not only when you chase us.

What a first visit looks like

Roughly 30 minutes, and no surprises.

  1. 01

    Settle in

Reception takes your details and shows you to the dog or cat waiting area. Nervous patients can wait in the car and be called through.

  2. 02

    Examination & discussion

A full clinical exam, your observations from home, and a plain explanation of what we find — including what we have ruled out.

  3. 03

    A plan you agreed to

Treatment options with costs in writing, medication explained at the desk, and a follow-up date if one is needed.

Care through life

What good care looks like at every age

Pets age faster than we do, and their needs change with them. Here is how we structure care across a lifetime.

First year

Puppies & kittens

The foundation year: protection against infectious disease, correct nutrition, and making the clinic somewhere they are happy to come back to.

  • Primary vaccination course
  • Microchipping and registration
  • Neutering discussion and timing
  • Diet, growth and socialisation advice

One to seven years

Adult pets

The years where prevention does the heavy lifting. An annual examination catches most problems while they are still small and inexpensive to treat.

  • Annual health check and boosters
  • Dental assessment and home-care plan
  • Weight and body condition tracking
  • Year-round parasite protection

Seven years and over

Senior pets

Age is not a disease, but it does hide them. Six-monthly reviews and simple screening find kidney, thyroid and joint problems early.

  • Six-monthly senior examinations
  • Blood and urine screening
  • Blood pressure assessment
  • Arthritis, comfort and mobility support

Inside the clinic

Purpose-built rooms for every kind of visit

Consulting, diagnostics and surgery each have their own space — which keeps waiting areas quieter and recovery calmer.

Common questions

Asked often, answered honestly

If your question isn’t here, call the clinic — reception would rather answer it now than have you worry about it.

Call +91 89789 70614
Do you see emergencies and walk-ins?

Unwell pets are triaged the day you call, and genuine emergencies are seen straight away. For non-urgent walk-ins we will fit you in where we can, though booked appointments take priority. Please call before setting off — it lets us prepare, and occasionally it saves you the journey.

Which animals do you treat?

Dogs and cats make up the majority of our patients. [Add any other species the clinic sees here — rabbits, small mammals or exotics — and remove this line if it does not apply.] If your animal is outside what we treat, we will point you to a practice that can help.

How much will a visit cost?

Reception will tell you the current consultation fee when you book, so there is no guesswork. Beyond the consultation, you will receive a written estimate before anything goes ahead, and we will contact you if a plan needs to change mid-treatment.

My pet is terrified of the vet. What can you do?

Tell us when you book and we will plan around it: a quieter slot, waiting in the car until the room is free, examining on the floor rather than the table, and plenty of food rewards. For pets who find visits genuinely distressing, we can discuss calming medication given at home beforehand.

Do you work with pet insurance?

Yes — we provide itemised invoices and full clinical histories for claims, and reception can help you complete the paperwork. [Add the clinic's own position on direct claims and payment options here.]

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Any previous history and vaccination records (we can request these from your last practice), the names of current medication and food, and a favourite treat. Dogs on a short lead, cats in a secure carrier — and if getting your cat into the carrier is a battle, ask us for the carrier-training guide before you come.

How often should a healthy pet be seen?

Once a year for most adult dogs and cats, alongside their boosters. Puppies and kittens are seen several times in their first year, and we recommend six-monthly checks from around seven years old — pets age quickly enough that a year can hide a lot.
